BYU Jerusalem Friendsgiving

Yesterday we attended a Friendsgiving for members of the Fall 2009 Jerusalem group. When we were first married we attended regular periodic events with Alison's Jerusalem group. Alison loves this group of people. They have a special bond that comes from sharing a life-changing experience. Since we went to so many events her friends also became my friends. We look forward to attending these events. As the years passed and more people from the group graduated or moved away the events became more sporadic. It seems that each event is a little less well attended than the last. There are also a few more kids as people's families have grown. Even though the group is a little smaller we love seeing everyone and hope these get-togethers continue for years to come.
